PHOTO FACT OF THE MONTH.
This months photo fact is about Highland cattle. In this gallery you will see a photo of a herd of Highland cattle taken in the frost last christmas.
Highland cattle all so known as Kyloe are an ancient Scottist breed of beef cattle. They come from two sets of stock, one black and the other reddish. They tend to be much leaner than other breeds because rather than fat they have shaggy hair which keeps them warm.
